At UT Online, we stand behind the quality of our refurbished laptops and new or used RAM and SSD drives. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- A return request must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date.
- The product must be in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and documentation.
- Items must not show any signs of physical damage, liquid exposure, or user modifications.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Send an email to info@utonline.shop with your order number and reason for return.
- Our support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed shipping instructions.
- Securely package the product using the original packaging (or similar protective material) before shipping it back to us.
3. Refund & Exchange Options
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days.
- Exchange: You may apply your refund value toward another in-stock refurbished laptop or RAM/SSD. If there is a price difference, you will be required to cover it. We will ship the replacement item free of charge.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped in error.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for its full value to avoid delays or losses.
