2. User Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date contact, billing, and device information.
- Ensure the physical and data security of your device prior to service.
- Back up all personal data before service. UT Online is not responsible for any data loss.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received or authorized.
- Accepted payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD) in Lahore, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
- All prices are as listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.
4. Service Appointments
- On-site service appointments must be scheduled in advance through email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
5. Warranty & Liability
- All products include a warranty period as specified on your invoice (90 days for laptops, 1 year for NVMe SSDs).
- UT Online’s liability is strictly limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of defective products or services.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and logos displayed on this website are the property of UT Online or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.
8. Changes to Terms
UT Online reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Shipping Information
- We charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 2,000 per item.
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
10 . Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- In case of prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
